今日は、オートミールで作るヴィーガンピザのレシピです！
フライパンで作れるとっても簡単なピザです。

おやつ代わりにもいいですね。
小麦粉不使用、オートミールを使っているので、軽いです♪
ダイエットレシピにもなりますね。
〈材料〉
オートミール 50g
オリーブオイル 小さじ1
水 120g
塩 ひとつまみ
ミニトマト
バジル
ヴィーガンチーズ
きのこ
などお好きな具材
〈作り方〉
①オートミール、水、オリーブオイル、塩をフードプロセッサーに入れて、なめらかになるまで攪拌します。
②オリーブオイルまたはココナッツオイルをひいたフライパン（キッチンペーパーで伸ばします）で焼いていきます。
片面焼けたら（生っぽさがなくなったら）、ひっくり返して軽く焼きます。
③トマトソース、ヴィーガンチーズ、きのこ、バジルをのせて、蓋をしてチーズが溶けるまで焼いたらできあがり。
