AIN SOPH. ripple Ashiya store is the second franchise store of the vegan restaurant group AIN SOPH. , which specialises in vegan burgers.
The grand opening was held on 28 April 2023, attached to the long-standing and much-loved bakery Grasse Grazia Ushio Ashiya.

Ashiya, adjacent to Kobe City, is a city blessed with nature, with both mountains and sea.
Its convenient transport environment makes it ideal for sightseeing.

Our Ashiya store faces the sea, with a terrace where you can enjoy a view of the yacht harbour.

AIN SOPH. ripple in Kabukicho of Tokyo had closed its door at the end of 2020. 

Now we are back and opened ripple's first franchised store in Tateshina, Nagano.

Enjoy our renewed burgers with the beautiful scenery.
