We are a vegan restaurant group in Tokyo and Kyoto, Japan since 2009.
'Ain Soph,' meaning'infinity' in Hebrew, is a reflection of our authentic selves.
Through food, we can reconnect ourselves to nature and become closer to the essence of who we are.
We believe that in order to be close to nature, we must respect nature.
This is why our menu is plant based --free from meat, fish, dairy, eggs, honey, and other animal-derived products.
Vegan food is inclusive of everyone --not just those with special dietary needs -food that everyone can sit around the same table and enjoy.

OUR MENU
Our menu is 100% plant-based (vegan). We do not use any meat, fish, dairy, eggs, or other animal-derived products. Our food is made fresh from scratch, using seasonal and domestically-sourced ingredients as much as possible.
Each of our restaurants serves a unique menu. Please check below for a description of each of our restaurants or go to LOCATIONS in the top bar and click on a restaurant to check our menu.
Gluten Free and Oriental Vegan (free from onion, garlic, and other pungent roots) options are available at each location.
However, please note that many of our dishes contain pungent roots, and our kitchens are not an allergen-free environment. We cannot guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur.

OUR LOCATIONS
AIN SOPH. Ginza: Our original location, located in Higashi-Ginza.
The ground floor features a completely dairy-free and egg-free patisserie with original confectionary, including our'Classic Japanese Pudding','Classic Tiramisu', and'Raisin Sandwich Cookies.' On the 2nd to 4th floor is our restaurant serving plant- based Japanese fusion food.Party plans are available (contact media@ain-soph.jp for details.) We also offer take-out bento boxes upon pre-order for pick up.
Access: 1 minute walk from Tokyo Metro'Higashi-Ginza Station' Exit 3. Right by'Kabukiza Theater.'
AIN SOPH. Journey Shinjuku: Our second location, located in Shinjuku-Sanchome.
The birthplace of our'Heavenly Vegan Pancakes.' We offer seasonal plant-based foods, drinks, and desserts in a gentle and welcoming setting amongst the busy streets of Shinjuku.
Reservations are recommended at this location (make a reservation via restaurant page .)
Access: Next to Tokyo Metro'Shinjuku-Sanchome Station' Exit C5; 7 minute walk from Shinjuku Station.
AIN SOPH. Soar: Our third location, located in Ikebukuro.
We serve a wide-range of cuisines, all plant-based, in a recently and tranquil atmosphere set just a few minutes walk outside of the famous Sunshine Street. Visit us to wind down after a day of shopping.
We welcome families with infants / children (kid's menu, baby chairs, and diaper changing stations available.), And our "universal design" interior allows for easy access with a stroller or wheelchair. Private room available upon reservation. Also good for special occasion. parties, such as wedding receptions (email media@ain-soph.jp for set plans.)
Access: 10 minute walk from'Ikebukuro Station.'
AIN SOPH. Journey Kyoto: Our first AIN SOPH. Restaurant in Kansai, located on a quiet backstreet of Kawaramachi, the bustling downtown district of Kyoto.
Serving many of the Tokyo AIN SOPH. Classics, such as the'Heavenly Vegan Pancakes' and ripple burgers, as well as Kyoto specialties like the'Organic Matcha Pancakes' and'Kyoto Katsu Burger' and seasonal dishes.
Take-out is available for select dishes. Please call us for reservations.
Access: 2 minute walk from Hankyu'Kawaramachi Station' Exit 9; 10 minute walk from Keihan'Gion-Shijyo Station' Exit 4.5 minute walk from famous Nishiki Market.
